    Making Sales Feel Good Again

    Brian Gillette is on a mission to fix how MSPs sell—and he’s doing it by teaching them how to listen better, communicate with empathy, and stop leading with fear. His Feel-Good Close methodology is about more than being “nice.” It’s about being intentional, strategic, and above all, human.
